The Flowers band has experience performing in a variety of settings, and are always happy to discuss how we can tailor our performance to your needs. Some examples of previous performances the band has carried out are:
Three Choirs Festival 2023 - Providing chamber music in the opening ceremony, a procession through the streets of Gloucester, a family friendly concert with a painter, and a concert of major works in Gloucester Cathedral.
Badminton horse Trials 2023 - Providing entertainment in the show jumping arena to a crowd of over 10,000 spectators, as well as performing the National Anthem of the winning rider.
Bourgueil Brass Festival 2023 - Headlining the Festival as the first British band to ever perform there. We gave two concerts as well as masterclasses during the weekend.
Lyme Regis Masterclass Day 2023 - Providing tutors for a day of masterclasses, leading full band rehearsals and sectionals and culminating in an informal concert..
Oil and Gas Managers Leadership Workshop - Providing a workshop on good leadership to 50 delegates, using music to demonstrate team work, clear leadership, responsibility, delegation and more.
Music from Stage and Screen - Performing Concerts of Familiar Repertoire that appeals to audiences of diverse ages.
Christmas with The Flowers Band - Performing festive concerts, both alone, and collaborating with other ensembles such as choirs and orchestras.
